Add two capsules to one liter of distilled water. Heat and stir gently to completely dissolve medium. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Each capsule contains 14 grams SOB Broth. Final Solution contains: Casein Enzymic Hydrolysate: 20 g/l Yeast Extract: 5 g/l Sodium Chloride: 0.5 g/l Magnesium Sulfate: 2.4 g/l Potassium Chloride: 0.186 g/l
